Making Room for Hope Ashford Communities at Entrata Summit 2026

At Ashford Communities, we believe home is more than four walls. It’s where people feel safe, supported, and free to build what comes next.

This year, that belief took on a deeper meaning. At Entrata Summit 2026 in Utah, Ashford Communities was proud to be one of eight partners in Room for Hope. The program provides a free apartment to a young adult aging out of foster care.

It’s one of the most meaningful things our team has been part of. It’s also a reminder of why we do this work.

What Room for Hope Is About

Every year, young people age out of the foster care system and step into adulthood. Many do it without a stable place to live or a support system to lean on.

Room for Hope helps change that, one home at a time. The program brings together Entrata, The 29:11 Project, and property management partners to give these young adults a safe place to land and a real start on independence.

Entrata works with local nonprofits to connect with young adults who are ready for this next step.

The 29:11 Project works with each young adult to design a bedroom that feels like their own, and helps coordinate move-in day.

Our Part: Creating A Place to Belong

Ashford Communities provided an apartment at two properties, Ashford Santa Ana and Ashford Costa Esmeralda free of charge, to a young adult beginning their next chapter.

For our team, this was never about square footage. It was about offering something every person deserves: a place to belong.

Why This Matters to Us

Our mission is to create spaces where people feel connected, valued, and at home. Giving back isn’t separate from that mission. It’s the same mission, carried beyond our property lines.

When someone gets a fair, stable start, the whole community grows stronger.

That’s the kind of impact we want to be part of, and we’re proud this partnership let us do it in a real, lasting way.
