E-Money Gram​💶

E-Money Gram is the convenient way to pay your rent. With over 30,000 locations across the US, you can pay your rent at any participating money gram location, and it is sent directly to our portal. Check out our E-Money Gram FAQ and directions for more information.

Entrata Resident App - Get Started
  • Download the Resident Portal App from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Log in with the credentials provided to you.
  • Start submitting requests, staying updated on community news, and making payments.
Entrata App - Trouble logging in ?
  • Click on FORGOT PASSWORD.
  • Make sure the email you are using is the one you gave us initially.
  • Check your email to reset password.
  • Proceed to login and place work orders.
How can I submit a service request ?
  • In the Entrata Facilities app on your device, tap More in the bottom-right corner to open a new menu.
  • Tap  Create new work order to open the Create Service Request screen
  • If applicable, select a property from the Properties drop-down menu.
  • Select either Unit or Property for the work order Type.

  • Tap Next to continue to the Problem section, or tap the Problem tab.
  • In the Problem tab, select an option from the required drop-down menus, which may include:
    • Location
    • Category
    • Problem
  • Tap the Description box and type in the problem’s description.
  • Select an option from the Priority drop-down.
  • To add a photo, tap Add a Photo, then select Camera to take a photo or select Gallery to choose an image from your device’s camera roll.
  • Tap Create, then on the success pop-up message that appears, tap View to open the work order or Done to return to the work orders list screen.
Steps to Create a MoneyGram Account:
  1. Log in to the Resident Portal: 
    1. Open your browser and go to the Resident Portal login page. 
    2. Enter your login credentials to access your account. 
  2. Go to the Payment Section: 
    1. From the Resident Portal homepage, click on the “Pay Now” button. 
  3. Add a New Payment Method: 
    1. Select the “Add New Payment Method” option to proceed. 
  4. Select MoneyGram as Payment Method: 
    1. Choose MoneyGram from the list of available payment options. 
  5. Create a New MoneyGram Account: 
    1. Follow the instructions to create a new MoneyGram account. Provide the required details and complete the registration process.
